Killin is a lovely village on the river with amazing waterfalls and is situated at the foot of loch Tay .
It’s a 20 minute drive from the house the journey there is beautiful through Glen Ogle.

Glen Lyon is known as the longest loveliest loneliest glen in Scotland and is pretty special the buildings are unique and there is a hotel called The Fortingall

Glencoe

Glencoe is magnificent it’s an hour and a half scenic drive away. Don't  miss Glen Etive opposite the Kingshouse Hotel 
Beautiful river with fabulous pink granite boulders amazing swimming.
Go to the seafood cafe in Kinlochleven 
For fresh  lobster langoustines crab and clever simple cooking
